These Terms govern your use of Pishio ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pishio. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pishio to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
Post, send, or share objectionable, offensive, hateful, or illegal content, including in usernames and profile information.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report or block another user at any time from their profile or your partners list. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.

4. User content & interactions

You are solely responsible for the content you provide and for your interactions with other users, including invitations and shared cooking sessions. Pishio is not responsible for the conduct of any user.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

Pishio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recipes and cooking instructions are for general informational purposes; you are responsible for food safety and any allergies or dietary restrictions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pishio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The date above reflects the latest version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Koşullar, Pishio ("uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Uygunluk ve hesap

Pishio'yu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Hesabınızdaki etkinlikten ve giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.

2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Pishio'yu şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, istismar etmek veya onlara zarar vermek.
Kullanıcı adları ve profil bilgileri dahil olmak üzere sakıncalı, saldırgan, nefret içeren veya yasa dışı içerik paylaşmak, göndermek veya yayınlamak.
Bir başkasının kimliğine bürünmek veya kimliğinizi yanlış tanıtmak.
Hizmeti kesintiye uğratmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak.

3. Sakıncalı içerik ve kötüye kullanıma sıfır tolerans

Sakıncalı içeriğe veya kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans gösterilir. Başka bir kullanıcıyı istediğiniz zaman profilinden veya partner listenizden şikayet edebilir ya da engelleyebilirsiniz. Şikayetleri inceler; bu Koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir, hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz — genellikle bir şikayetten sonraki 24 saat içinde.

4. Kullanıcı içeriği ve etkileşimler

Sağladığınız içerikten ve davetler ile paylaşılan pişirme oturumları dahil olmak üzere diğer kullanıcılarla etkileşimlerinizden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Pishio, hiçbir kullanıcının davranışından sorumlu değildir.

5. Fesih

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Profil → Hesabı Sil üzerinden silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

6. Sorumluluk reddi

Pishio "olduğu gibi" ve herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın sunulur. Tarifler ve pişirme talimatları genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; gıda güvenliği ve her türlü alerji veya diyet kısıtlamasından siz sorumlusunuz.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Pishio ve işletenleri, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Yukarıdaki tarih en güncel sürümü yansıtır.

9. Geçerli hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
