This page explains how to delete your Pishio account and the data associated with it. Developer: Pishio. App: Pishio (com.pishio.app).
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
Open Pishio and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app installed, email us and we will delete the account for you:
To:support@pishio.app Subject: Account deletion request Include: the email address or username of the account to delete.
Send the request from the email address registered to the account when possible — this lets us verify ownership. If you cannot, we will ask you for other information proving the account is yours before deleting anything. We process requests within 30 days and email you once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Your profile: email address, name, username, avatar, language, timezone and notification preferences.
Your sign-in credentials (the Firebase authentication record for the account).
Cooking partners, cooking invitations, partner invitations and cooking sessions you took part in.
Saved recipe lists and their items, recipe ratings, and your own menu templates.
Food preferences: lifestyle, avoided ingredient groups and avoided ingredients.
Nutrition goal, meal plans you own with their entries, and meal-plan share invitations.
Kitchens (pantries) you own with their items and kitchen equipment, the linked shopping lists and their items.
AI assistant chats with their transcripts, photos and the feedback you gave, AI meal-plan sessions, and the AI usage ledger.
Assistant memory notes, your learned taste profile and your cooking history.
Your notification inbox and the log of notifications sent to you.
Records of flagged assistant messages held for moderation.
Recipes you created that were not approved for the public catalogue (private, shared by link, pending or rejected).
Issue reports you submitted, user blocks you created, and your referral code.
Push notification device token.
What is kept, and why
Recipes approved for the public catalogue. Recipes you published that passed our review stay in the catalogue and are transferred to the Pishio account, so other people's saved lists and cooking history do not break. They are no longer linked to you or to your name. A recipe of yours that another person's meal plan or cooking session still uses is kept the same way instead of being deleted.
Kitchens and meal plans owned by someone else that were shared with you stay with their owner; only your access is removed.
Purchase and subscription records. Records of purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are retained for accounting and legal obligations. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in the Google Play or App Store subscription settings, otherwise billing continues.
Analytics, crash reports and AI usage statistics already collected (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, our own usage counters) are retained in aggregated form and are not linked to your account after deletion.

Saklanan veriler ve nedeni
Herkese açık katalog için onaylanmış tarifler. Yayımladığınız ve incelememizden geçen tarifler katalogda kalır ve Pishio hesabına aktarılır; böylece başkalarının kayıtlı listeleri ve pişirme geçmişi bozulmaz. Bu tarifler artık sizinle ya da adınızla ilişkilendirilmez. Başka birinin yemek planında ya da pişirme oturumunda hâlâ kullanılan bir tarifiniz de silinmek yerine aynı şekilde saklanır.
Başkasına ait olup sizinle paylaşılmış mutfak ve yemek planları sahibinde kalır; yalnızca sizin erişiminiz kaldırılır.
Satın alma ve abonelik kayıtları. Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılan satın alma kayıtları muhasebe ve yasal yükümlülükler için saklanır. Hesabı silmek aktif aboneliği iptal etmez — aboneliği Google Play veya App Store abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin, aksi halde ücretlendirme devam eder.
Halihazırda toplanmış analitik, çökme kayıtları ve yapay zekâ kullanım istatistikleri (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, kendi kullanım sayaçlarımız) toplu biçimde saklanır ve silmeden sonra hesabınızla ilişkilendirilmez.
